Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is one of the regions in China with the highest per capita GDP and the most vibrant economy. Being the strategic region in the national development plan to actively promote regional cooperation, its prosperity depends on technology innovation and talent development. It is essential to build an education system for innovative talents with international competitiveness and leadership skills, to achieve the sustainable social and economic development.

Sponsored by KingLead, and co-organised by AISL Education Group, The 12th Innovative Talent Forum is themed "Leadership Characteristics of Internationalised Schools in the Greater Bay Area”. Education experts from AISL Harrow family of Schools will showcase how educational institutions develop future leaders and the exceptional leadership programmes and practice on offer. Experts from Cambridge University, influencers of China’s education policy, and high-flying speakers from leading industries will share their strategies of talent development and skills needed to excel professionally in GBA.

The conference will also see the official launch of the research report on "Leadership characteristics of the Internationalised Schools in GBA".
